Over the past few weeks, MUGEN staffs teamed up to deliver essentials and bento box for Japanese elderly people who live in London or nearby.
During this time of national emergency, especially senior people have been forced spending time in an isolated situation and they hardly have a chance to go out to get some food.
We wanted to do something we could do for them and worked very hard on this with only a few volunteer staffs, packing vegetables, cutting fish, making lovely bento boxes, which were being to delivered to each house.
I think that we had a good relationship with them through this service and we actually deeply thanked them because they let us remembered how fun the customer service is. They also gave us power to survive this difficult situation even though the world is still uncertain.
We appreciate for this opportunity to help people and it made us understand the reason for our being as a catering company.
